- Frame: The machine body is welded from profiled materials, and is processed as a whole after vibration aging treatment to ensure rigidity and installation plane accuracy. It is equipped with four height-adjustable foot cups; each part of the equipment is based on actual working conditions and working environment Carry out necessary surface treatments, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, etc., to meet the needs of the components to have sufficient strength and surface functions.
- Feeding shaft: It is composed of precision guide rail, ball screw and servo motor to realize the precise displacement of the clamped copper tube.
- Punching and flanging mechanism: It is composed of servo punching and die (outer tube, mandrel, punch, drilling head, etc.).

- Hole extraction mechanism: It is controlled by a servo drive to move up and down to achieve precise drilling and extraction of holes.
- Rotating mechanism: Driven by a servo motor and a precision reducer, the copper tube can rotate at different angles.
- Electric control cabinet: Centralized control by Delta PLC, air switches, buttons, other selector switches, intermediate relays and other main electrical components are made of domestic and foreign high-quality brand products to ensure the accuracy, stability and reliability of the control system. - The installation of electrical components of the equipment complies with the relevant national regulations, and has reliable grounding devices. The wiring terminals, contactors and small air switches in the electrical box adopt the VDE standard V-slot installation method. Each electrical component has obvious identification and electronic control. The cabinet adopts all-plastic comb-hole cabinet with wire duct wiring, the wire number is clear; the control panel is tidy, and the signs and subtitles are clear and easy to see.
- The equipment control system shall have an automatic counting function to accurately count the processing quantity.
- The whole equipment detection system is complete, with origin detection and limit alarm functions.
